THE MIDAS MINDSET FORMULA
What I am talking about here is something called The Midas Formula. This is an equation which I use to quickly and effectively teach people the core “secret” by which all success is attained. Everyone who has ever succeeded in life has applied this formula, though of course not everyone did so consciously. The formula is as follows:
Motivation + Information + Determination + Action = Success
Motivation
All success begins with a individual being motivated to succeed. In other words, there has to be a foundational desire to achieve a specific goal. That goal could be to lose a certain amount of weight, make a stated amount of money or simply to quit smoking on a given day or in our case to have a certain size property portfolio in an x number of months.
It is essential to understand that if you aren’t fully motivated to achieve a goal, you won’t succeed. Motivation is the engine which drives us in the direction of our dreams. If you aren’t motivated properly (for example, you don’t really want to quit smoking) then that engine will cut out and your goal will remain just that - a goal, rather than a reality.
Information
Once you are motivated to achieve a goal, the next thing you need is reliable and accurate information on how that goal can be realised. For example, if you are fully motivated to increase your income and have set a suitable goal (as discussed later), you will then need information on how to increase your income and achieve that goal as quickly and effectively as possible. If you don’t have this vital information, you simply can’t make any further progress.
Most people spend decades looking for the right kind of information which can help them to succeed in life. Unfortunately, most of them still fail because they don’t really know what to look for or where to find it. With this course, such blind searching is unnecessary. Determination
